I just got my QVC package of Mally makeup. The tubes of primer were in a padded envelope, put inside a box. The box was left on my front porch in full sun. He couldn't even put it in the shade just a couple of feet further over?
Even though I've been watching for it and went out as soon as I saw the delivery notice, the items inside were HOT. Even my DH said "Wow!", when I handed one of the tubes to him.
I'll open one of the tubes later on, when they've had a chance to cool down, to make sure the product hasn't been ruined.
I think I'm done ordering for a while. If I could've found this item anywhere else right now, I'd have ordered from a different site and will in future. Or I'll only order in the cooler months.
No doubt, since the post office kept changing the "expected delivery" date, they'll now claim they "delivered a day early". ![]()

@skatting44 The shipping policy that offered us lowered cost on the second, third, items started with higher costs.
I spend far less on shipping than I used to even though I don't necessarily wait for free ship days. Lots of things have free shipping when I want them.

I'd never join such a club at Q. 1, I don't buy much from Q anymore and certainly not enough to warrant paying a fee to get free or reduced shipping. 2, So many other retailers offer free shipping, promo codes, and free returns and that's where I'll shop. 3, Almost everything Q sells (or something almost identical) can be found for less money elsewhere.

I received a shipping questionaire from QVC. They asked about how long other company shipments takes vs their shipments. I almost laughed myself off the chair. I can order and receive a product from almost anyone else before QVC gets my item out of In Process. They also asked about what type of shipping charges I'd be happy with. Of course everyone wants free shipping but we know that free shipping every day isn't really free. One option was free shipping with purchases over $50 or some level. One was graduated charges depending on spending for that order. I can't remember the others. Maybe QVC will do something with their shipping. They have lots of ways to improve!
I do like HSN fill your cart for $5 shipping for crafts. I don't watch consistenly enough to know if they do it for other things. That would be a good thing for a fall fashion day. Once you buy enough to pay $5 shipping, the rest of. your order ships free. They even allow you to do different orders throughout the day and they combine them behind the scenes. I prefer that they combine my purchases into one box/bag. Less waste, less to track, less to explain to hubby, etc.
