I have read many comments recently about the increase in shipping/handling charges here at QVC. I have read many comments about the delays before an item is shipped. I have read many more comments over the past six months about the unfortunate and repeated shipping errors being made [wrong sizes sent, wrong colors sent, entirely wrong items sent, other customers' receipts/items sent, etc.]. The errors are most frustrating when the original item ordered sells out/is no longer available to re-ship or re-order when the error is discovered.

While nothing but increased care/scrutiny by shipping personnel can correct the errors, I pose a suggestion about the shipping/handling charges and delays. Why not try a QVC "Prime" similar to Amazon "Prime"? With Amazon "Prime", I get 2-day delivery on everything on their web site eligible for "Prime" delivery. It costs $79 per year to have that service. If QVC charged a reasonable yearly fee for its "Prime" delivery service, I would definitely consider signing up for it. The quick receipt of my items from Amazon adds to my satisfaction about the value received. It definitely adds to my convenience. If I don't like the item, returns are credited back to my account within one week and I can continue my search for the item I need. Perhaps such "Prime" shipping here at QVC would cut down on the frustration when re-ordering is needed [for example if a different size is required].
