When I order 3-5 of the same item they keep packaging them in individual bags and many times the orders arrive on different days.  I prefer all in one box so they don't get damaged.  I hate the UPS send to the post office for delivery method.  Just let UPS do it all as that is much faster.  I've been getting some mislabeled jewelry lately, the item number on the plastic bag is correct but the item they put in it is a totally different item from the item number on the bag.  Packaging has become sloppy and careless.  They even keep tearing the shipping invoice inside in half.  Is anyone else having these issues

In a word, yes.  But at least you're getting your items, so you're doing better than me.  I don't know what's going on in shipping, but they need to sort it out.

Hi Venezia, So glad to get a reply.  I've had at least 6 packages never make it to me yet it said they were delivered according to the tracking.  I don't know what is going on.  I like QVC clothing lines but I may need to start checking out HSN.  They get to me in 3 days and ship the day after I order from them.  They also package in boxes all the orders from the same day in the same box which I love.  I really like many of the QVC clothing brands, Isaac, Carole Hochman, Stan Herman, Vera Bradley and a few Denim & Co. which I will miss if this slow shipping and lost items continue.  Please QVC  get it together.  I know I can't be the only customer that is FRUSTRATED.

@verarose- No, you're certainly not the only customer who's frustrated.  I had about six things in my shopping cart last night, then because of what's happened with two of my recent orders, I simply logged off without ordering anything.  At the moment, it's just not worth the aggravation.

 

I love Quacker Factory and it's only offered on QVC.  But I'm still not going to keep ordering until they get this issue fixed!

I hate the UPS Mail innovations delivery. It takes days longer than shipping totally by USPS or totally by UPS. Don't know why QVC is shipping this way. As someone commented on facebook, all it does is allow each shipping partner to blame the other for issues and your orders take forever to arrive. My last order has been sitting at the stop just before my local post office for 3 days. Usually once it shows up there it is delivered the next day when coming by US Mail. I think this will be my last order from QVC for a long time since they seem to be using this method more and more.

After being a QVC shopper for decades, I guess it's just a habit.  But their poor practices are really aggravating me, so I'm working on getting QVC out of my life.  

 

My packages sit at the stop before my local post office for 5-7 days.  I agree packing is a problem.  Recently I received multiple clothing orders in one box.  I was quite surprised and was ready to compliment the Q for improving, but the box was an incorrect size so it was very smashed.  

 

The new invoice labels are awful. The two halves are separated so it's about impossible to try to figure out which half goes with which.

 

It's curious that QVC has so little pride in their company that they allow easily correctable sloppy practices to grow.
