If you paid for two day shipping, and didn't get it in two days, be sure to ask for your shipping costs back from QVC. It will be their responsibility to get it back from the shipper if they choose to do so.

Did you pay for the 2 day shipping? If so, call CS and get a refund for your 2 day shipping cost.
It's not Q's fault that it went to Kentucky. It shipped from the east coast and UPS's hub is in Kentucky so it would naturally go there first. And it is the week before Christmas which is crazy nuts for UPS and USPS. Fyi, UPS is building another hub in Salt Lake City which will help western US once it's operating. However, I agree that 4 days is too long if you paid for the 2 day shipping.
