We all appreciate extra care during these times, but 30 days shipping is unacceptable. By the time the product arrives I've lost interest.
Returns are interesting. For low dollar credits, they are processed promptly. But if you return an expensive item (over $200-$300) plan on waiting weeks to get your refund posted. I'd like to understand the refund process...why are small $ items refunded promptly but large $'s take weeks? Customer Service says 7-10 days, but if you track packaging the large $ items are received but not processed immediately which in turn delays customer receiving refund.
No more large purchases thru the Q if I can't get my money back promptly!

I've had long shipping waits too, and my current item has been sitting at a USPS warehouse induction center about 30 miles away, for over 4 days. I ordered on July 4th, and it's now the 14th...so ten days. I realize that is not horribly long, but QVC has been the worst online shopping experience as far as prompt shipping by far! I've so drastically reduced my shopping with them because of it. And you are right, the refund process takes forever.

I have a Mr Christmas item that's been sitting in process for awhile. I knew it was on advanced order when I placed the order. Now, I see people have received the set of three books and are posting reviews. I emailed Q social team and got some canned response about Covid. I'm half tempted to cancel all advanced orders for the holidays and call it a day. I think their warehouses were a mess before the virus but now they have a convenient excuse and label everything as due to Covid.

I can sympathize with the returns/refunds. I keep track of any returns and it takes so long for items to get back to them. I live in the Pgh area and hand my packages directly to my mail carrier. It still takes forever for them to make it across the state, and then I'm in for weeks of waiting for a refund. Items being shipped take forever too. I've got some Philosophy that was damaged on it's way to me. The tracking says they will advise the sender....heaven only knows if and when that will get straightened out. I've noticed it's taking about two weeks for items to make it to the return center and at least that for a refund to post, if not longer. Everyone blames all these delays on Covid. I have noticed however that mail orders with other websites seem to make it in good time. It's very frustrating since they take our money immediately but take their good time to refund it.

It appears QVC like everyone else is having shipping problems. If you are going to sell 24/7 then you need to ship 24/7. I think their problems are they let too many people go due to the virus but continued to sell and they can't seem to get orders out. If you live close to them no big deal but if you live across the country and it normally takes a week to get your order this is unacceptable to not have an order shipped two weeks after ordering and the product is in stock. As much as we enjoy ordering we are now going to put our wants on hold and until they resume business as usual we are not ordering anything. Just maybe if everyone thought like that they would bring back their workers.

I've solved my problems. I will no longer order from QVC.
Shipping and customer service was deteriorating long before Covid.
QVC no longer deserves my business. There are plenty of other businesses that provide better service.
I worked to hard for my $ to support a company who doesn't value its customers.
