Please listen to your customers! Why are the shipping charges SOO high?? Try having a couple days a week with reduced shipping on everything. Just a suggestion

I suggested that as well. QVC's shipping is just too high. Some people say that you're paying for the quality, but that's not always the case. HSN is a big shopping network, but they give more free shipping. I'm not asking QVC to get rid of free shipping altogether. Just give people a break on it. It really is too high.

No one is forcing anyone to shop here, and QVC sells nothing that is a matter of life or death. Why complain? Let your money do the talking. Geez!

I would like to see the Q....give us that $3.00 shipping they had a few months back...that was reasonable and fun....

QVC depends on shipping charges as a source of revenue. Without it they'd be operating in the red. They're not going to lower it now or ever.

If QVC needs to rely on high shipping costs that badly, are they not doing well?

According to the annual report to stockholders, it was shipping costs that saved them from falling in the hole. Some lines do better than others; they lost money in jewelry sales and I think (it has been awhile) electronics. They list all the different countries in which they operate separately and some did better than others. An E retailer like the Q has a lot of expenses that retail B&M stores don't have.

Aww sounds like they are doing badly. . Maybe they should listen to their customers and make qvc pleasant to watch again and lower shipping. They may sell more. I recently got the new Tarte palette. It's $38 at qvc and $38 at sephora. Sephora had free shipping so I went with Sephora. They are losing sales over shipping. Maybe some people at qvc are being over paid. Jewelry is down because they don't offer much real jewelry anymore. . QVC please go back to the way you used to be! How about some Sunday morning Silver Style?
