Customer Service, if you're paying attention. QVC is losing a lot of business because you charge the same amount shipping charge on multiple items. There were so many things I wanted to buy during Christmas in July, but the multiple shipping charges made it unaffordable. And I know many other people were in the same position. So, I for one will be shopping locally.

They are also starting to bundle things into one package. We don't see any of those savngs however.

I received 4 items in one box and was charged shipping for each item. I have changed my buying habits because of it.

Of course, we don't see the savings.
They should be required to notify us when they're going to ship several items in one package. Macy's always sends me an e-mail when they're shipping items in my order separately. But they're going to lose money in the long run because people aren't going to order multiples unless QVC starts being fair regarding shipping & handling.

I really feel they should have notified you that they were shipping 4 items in one box. I've changed my purchasing habit because they charge the full shipping & handling on multiples.

muliptle shipping charges has been my pet peeve for a long time ....when i called customer service to complained i was told that some times they come from different locations ....in the 8 yrs of buying that has never happened ...shipping charges on mulitipe items from the same place is a gouge ....now i order mostly when shipping is free....not a happy camper QVC

Today I received 3 pairs of pants plus 2 tops in one box. That means I paid $15. for shipping, which was slow. I wont make that mistake again.

If they're going to insist on charging for shippig - and so many companites don't - they need a different system. They should switch to charging by the amount of the order. And free if over a certain amount.

I've shopped my socks off for thirty years with QVC. I seldom complain and my satisfaction rating is probably around 98% overall. But I've really got to agree about these new shipping practices they've recently employed.They are cramming multiple non related items in big boxes and not giving us, the customer, any break on shipping charges at all! I've noticed it and I'm not happy about it. Something really has to change at QVC in this regard. It's not right, not competitive, and it will not stand in the long run.

Zullily has a shopping cart approach. They are associated in some fashion. You would think the Q would offer the same thing.
