Dear QVC.com,

I have suggestions regarding searching for information on QVC.com.

1. On the "order status" page, you can search for orders by item number, auto-delivery order, etc. Please add the ability to search with a keyword. For example, I know I ordered a Mally mascara a while back but I can't remember the exact name of it, much less the item number. It would be great if I could serach using "Mally" and/or "mascara" as keywords.

2. Enable the search boxes on the general site to search for general information, not just products. For example, enable it to search for "how to contact QVC" or "cancelling auto-delivery."

3. Please add a FAQ page.
