I am starting a social media campaign regarding QVC's shipping charges.  When you return a produouct using the QLabel, $6.95 is deducted from yoru refund.  AND then you are charged your original shipping charges YOU already paid.  Think about what this is doing to their elderly customers on limited income.  #SHAMEONQVC.

JOIN ME ON YOUR TWITTER FEED TO ENCOURAGE QVC TO CHANGE THIS POLICY.  #SHAMEONQVC!!!

The shipping charges have been discussed and discussed and no one has gotten anywhere, unfortunately you are talking to deaf ears

QVC's policy on shipping charges are not hidden.  I feel that it is the buyer's responibility to be aware and QVC is not at fault here.

Sorry.  I always investigate shipping/return charges before to deciding where (or where not) to buy.  I'll pass on your campaign.

@PhilaLady1  It is definitely QVC's fault when its policy (and return receipts) state you can return an item using your own postage, you do that, and QVC still deducts the $6.95 return shipping lable charge.   That is absolutely QVC's fault and wrong and QVC has known about it for years and years and keeps letting it happen.  It is unjust enrichment on QVC's part.  I think that was what the OP is talking about.

The shipping policy has saved me a lot of money.  I remember the days of paying $4.22, $5.97, $7.22, and more to ship one item.  Even when the second item shipped for half price, it's usually cheaper overall to pay $3 or $5.50 for each item.

I supposed people who return a lot of items liked it the old way.  I usually keep what I order unless it's damaged, and in that case, all of the shipping is refunded.  On the rare occasion I return something because I just don't like it and have to pay shipping both ways, I'm still way ahead overall.

When I find something I like on other sites and see it's $10.95 to ship one sweater, I very much appreciate QVC's shipping costs.  No QVC shaming from me!

Sorry troll.

Everything is stated upfront, one just has to read, and make a decision for themselves..

It's all legal.

Your "campaign" will go exactly nowhere.

The poster is using Q's label. She doesn't like being charged the origianl shipping fee, and the return fee.

First of all,  posters who tell me what someone else is saying, was someone else means, or what someone else likes or dislikes, well ... all that mindreading makes me immediately suspicious.

Also, I think it's very odd OP registered years ago, but hasn't had anything to write on these forums until very recently. Quite honestly I think someone else is using OPs account to post.

Some people here might even go so far as to think you and OP are the same person.
