Geez I didn't know a change to regular from petite or whatever would change the exchange policy. I did laugh before Christmas because a host was like just buy whatever for your friend now and they have until the end of January to exchange so if it's wrong no biggie. My first thought was good luck with them having your item in stock 2 and a half months from now. That's one of the reasons I wouldn't buy clothes that needed a good fit from Q.

HSN are experts at the free and fast exchange game. They’ve been at it for years. Q is lousy at best.
