Rewards program with flat rate shipping, discounts, etc...

I just noticed Overstock.com has their own program called "O Rewards". For $19.95 a year you are enrolled in the program that includes:

5% Back in Reward Dollars on Every Purchase

Free Shipping Every Day of the Year

10-25% Back in Reward Dollars on Select Products

How about a similar loyalty program for QVC shoppers? People who shop more frequently and for larger ticket items should get some breaks on s&h. Amazon has "Amazon Prime" that was $79 per year and includes, among other things, "free" shipping for the entire year. C'mon Q!!
