I know this has been going on for awhile, but the review process is still a mess. I tried to leave a review and was directed to 2 places, the last being a blank page. I have also had trouble seeing reviews. Will this be fixed anytime soon?

I wondered the same thing for some time now. I leave reviews and they're not there. There are no reviews for any fashions that I look at, whether I want to buy something or not.

 

What is going on IT QVC?  Let's get this problem fixed and soon. Pls and thx.

Gee, I have no problems leaving, seeing or thumbing reviews at all.

 

Have you tried using a different browser?

 

I have read Apple products seem to have issues.

@Renata22 - I had exactly the same problem and commented about it on another thread.

 

However, what I discovered is that, if I go into my order history and click on the "Review" option there, I was able to leave a review.

 

I wonder if the Q is trying to restrict reviews to Verified Purchase only?  Just a thought.

I have no problem with any reviews, leaving one or viewing them. They all appear for fashion as well as other items.

 

I use my laptop with Chrome. Since other's see and leave reviews perhaps try something different. Are you using an Apple device? Just an FYI, Apple does not play well with others. This is intentional. When working in a large school district, any staff that used an Apple device had issues. It wasn't the school's IT, it's the device.

@Renata22.  I haven't had any trouble with reviews lately and have left several in the past few days.  At one time I could only access them through "write a review" in Order Status but that seems to be fixed.  You might try using a different browser.

I think that's exactly what they're doing.  I know I've read many times here and I agree that reviews from people that didn't actually buy the product are unhelpful and unreliable.

Thanks, everyone, for replying. I use a laptop with chrome. When I have problems, it seems to be across all my devices. My phone is apple. I've never had these issues before. I like to go and read reviews before I order. If they aren't available, it will stop me from ordering. I wanted to go and leave a good review on something that didn't have very many good ones, and I just couldn't get in. I tried several different ways. I've been on this website for a very long time. I just don't understand why this is happening. Seems like they changed something recently to make it more difficult. Hopefully, it was just a passing problem. Thanks again for everyone's input.
