            QVC doesn't manage their own reviews -- they're managed by a company called "Bazaarvoice."   

            I'm not aware that we have any means of communicating with that company, although it would be helpful if we could do so.

            The reviews have this question, "Did you purchase and receive the item you are currently reviewing?"    So, if the reviewer is honest and at least lets us know they don't have this product, that helps to some extent.   However, their "star rating" affects the overall, averaged, score and since not everyone goes to read all the ratings individually they might be misled.   The averaged "star rating" is somewhat skewed, and it's less than beneficial.
