If a review is obviously inaccurate or uninforming, why give it any attention? Move on to the reviews that offer construction praise and criticisms. I guess I don't see a problem with whatever shows up in reviews. Everyone is entitled to their opinion or feedback and if Q chooses to post it, then so be it.

We've all been complaining about this for a while now and it seems they don't care. What is remarkable about all the reviews posted, that shouldn't be posted, is that they actually go through them first and approve the ones they will post! What the heck?

Not only do I still see plenty of reviews from people who don't even have the item, but there is a ridiculous number of reviews that are just emotional life stories without any pertinent facts. I don't care if your daughter moved out two years ago and she has a really small apartment and you've talked to her about getting one but she didn't care so you finally decided to get her one and - I HOPE SHE LIKES IT! FIVE STARS

Gadzooks!

But, seriously, reviews are for stating FACTS about an item based upon an educated view that includes having had the item for a while and used it for a while. Some of the ones I see sound like they just got the box from UPS, pulled it out, ran to the computer to post a review - it's so purdy. Sure thing.

Moral of the story - Unfortunately, we have to put little stock in the majority of reviews you see on shopping network websites.

^^^THIS!!! Hilarious way to sum it up but right on target!!

They actually took a a review off. I had complained about it and clicked "inappropriate review". It was a non-buyer. I had done this before to no avail. This one disappeared within a few days. Maybe they will start to get the message. QVC used to reject reviews so even though they may have been looking for "key words", they still were somewhat discriminating. Now it seems like anything goes.
