QVC, please consider updating the reviews process so that we can edit, add and update our reviews.

 

I made a purchase last year of an item and again this year, (CIJ) and when I wanted to review the new color I purchased I get the message that I have already reviewed the item.  

 

Other places I shop allow this feature.  Why not Q?

Great point! I've often thought the same thing. When an item doesn't work out after all.....and then you want to change the review, you can't. I like your idea. 💡

I totally agree.  It can automatically be tagged as UPDATE, instead of totally removing the original review, if that's what QVC is worried about.  

 

As you say, there are other retailers that allow an updated review.

 

But remember, QVC often uses "Customer Top Rated" as a sales gimmick when presenting some products.  I call it a gimmick because often a lot of those so-called reviews never received the item, but they give it 5-stars for liking the vendor, or happy to see something back after being gone for many years, etc.  They don't get flitered out.
