Please let the Vendor Hosts present the electronics.  Especially  when the QVC hosts are continuously interrupting with nothing to do with the item or they do not know anything about the item.  They are just wasting time that could be used by the Vendor Host explaining the item to the customers.

QVC Hosts talk about their months off on vacation to another country, family things that have nothing to do with the item that will help the customer.  I got so frustrated with that kind of presentation I did not order the item.

I agree with you, about 90% of the items presented. I want to hear about the item, not what your mom talked about last night or where you went on vacation. I think that's why I have defected to HSN and to Shop HQ. Although I'm tiring of Shop HQ.

The hosts need to up sell all the pricey add ons to fleece buyers.  Don't fall for it.  QVC is never a good place for electronics, ever.

@Catastrophe   First of all, I agree that the hosts should just be presenting the items being sold.  That being said, I would not purchase any electronics from QVC.  They sell outdated products at ridiculously high prices.  They include useless extras to try to justify their prices.

Re: Electronic frustration

[ Edited ]

I've often felt frustrated by QVC, when they present cell phones.  They go on so much about the colors of the case, the size of the phone, the camera (and the photos you can take).

I want to know details - what version of the OS does it have?  Which model year is it?  What's the memory?

HSN has always done a much better job in this department, as well as putting all the salient information online in the description.  QVC's online descriptions are pretty poor, IMO.

Hosts talk incessantly about personal things or plain old nonsense. Why? Q has said it wants viewers to feel like part of the family. I have news for Q. We aren't family and never will be. It's just a marketing ploy.
