Please go back to your old format by including a return label and receipt in your packaging. I just spent thirty minutes trying to get password reset to print label. Not user or customer friendly.

i have mostly been getting return labels in my packages.

it is rare that i dont, but if it does happen, i dont have any issues printing one out from my order summar online.

I get return labels also - buy mostly D&C.....  Q owned.... so perhaps that's the reason;

I was told they are saving money by not sending out labels and they also said not many people return things.

QVC apparently has a new buisness model to charge for a return shipping label and does not include the information needed to do a manual return. Q label starting at $6.95 on top of the actual return shipping. Had to open a CS chat to get the information to do a manual return. Excerpts below.  I am no longer going to be a QVC customer.

You have the option to use the shipping carrier of your choice.

  • Step 1: Let us know the reason for your return and how you would like your return to be handled (refund, replacement, etc.) by including a written or printed note with the following information:
    • Name
    • Address
    • Customer account #
    • Phone #
    • Order #
    • Item #
    • Reason for Return
    • Requested Action (refund, replacement, credit)
    • If you would like written confirmation when the return has been processed.
      • This confirmation will be sent by email or, if there is no email address on file by mail.

  • Step 2: Repack all contents in the original packaging. Some items consist of several parts or pieces. Always return the entire item or set for a replacement or refund. Note: please do not mix jewelry and non-jewelry items.
  • Step 3: Use a shipping carrier of your choice.
  • Step 4: Cover/remove all original shipping labels on the box or package it arrived in.
  • When returning through a shipping carrier of your choice, select ground service and insure the item for full value of the merchandise being returned.
    • Remember to enclose a written or printed note in the package. For returns, credits to a credit card will be applied upon processing, but may not appear on your statement for one to two billing cycles.

I am sorry you feel that way but you just need to write out the information of your order, include the reason for your return and how you want us to process this and send it to the address listed with the carrier of your choice without printing the label.
