Not yet. From the UPS website:
July 7 – The Teamsters stopped negotiating this week despite strong proposals from the company that build on our industry-leading pay and benefits for our full-time and part-time employees. We have encouraged the Teamsters to return to the table to continue building on the significant progress we have made, including the recent completion of all local supplements.
Just over three weeks remain until the current contract expires Aug. 1. Refusing to negotiate, especially when the finish line is in sight, creates significant unease among employees and customers and threatens to disrupt the U.S. economy. We are proud of the proposals we have put forward that deliver wins for our people.

Returns are still terribly slow for me.

How do you return via UPS? The Q's return label always says USPS. I haven't seen where there is a choice. Do you have to pay on your own if you use UPS?
Yes, USPS is a nightmare!

you can now use a QR CODE for returns.
Step 1: Select which item you would like to return from the order and let us know the reason for your return.
Step 2: Choose a return method:
Option A: Print your prepaid Q Return Label
Option B: Generate a USPS or UPS QR code
Option C: Use a shipping carrier of your choice
Step 4: Select how you would like your return to be handled (refund, replacement, etc.).
Step 5: Repack all contents in the original packaging including the item and the provided pack slip (if available) or note with your order number, and cover/remove all original shipping labels on the box or package it arrived in. Some items consist of several parts or pieces; always return the entire item or set for a replacement or refund. Please do not mix jewelry and non-jewelry items.
If you printed the Q Return Label, affix your printed label to your packaged item and return it to one of the carriers listed on the Q Return Label. If you are using a USPS or UPS QR code, bring your item to your local USPS or UPS store and they will print the label for you and affix it to your package.

I always get a receipt no matter which company I'm dealing with. Just common sense.

I do the return online and print the label - they always give a choice.

So, what if you can't repack into the original packaging or you can't get that original label off? I don't return much, but I've never had much luck getting shipping labels off the boxes much less the bags things come in. And sometimes the packaging get messed getting to me in the first place such that I wouldn't want to try sending it back.

I recently used the new returns policy. So far so good.

@Icegoddess - If the original shipping box or bag is a mess, I just repack in whatever I have.
As to the labels, I just use a black Sharpie to block out any barcodes and address and/or cover it completely with the return label. It's the original barcodes that can cause a problem.
I've never had a problem doing that.
