My recent returns are sluggish in processing. I now get a receipt from the Post Office with tracking number to follow up.
THE THIRTY DAY REFUND.
Case in point: I purchased earrings and they did not suit my taste; I went to the PO to return on 6/20. Today is 7/10 and since I had not received word from QVC, I called,
From my USPS tracking number it was learned that QVC does have a record of this in their system. The customer service person was very polite. She calculated the credit and told me to allow 10 business days for refund to my credit card.
Do the math. That means after 07/20 and refund will be acknowledged, hence 30 days.

@AZ Arizona They may be slow but I'd hardly describe the situation as a "nightmare". Waiting for my $8. refund is not a huge hardship.

Follow the East Returns procedure and use UPS.

use the easy returns process PLUS the paperless QR CODE return process together. you will have email communication with them AND you will get a receipt once you present your QR CODE for returns. you can also just use the return label and ask USPS for a return receipt.
i think returns and refunds have gotten A LOT better since the implementation of all of these features.

UPS gets the return there much faster. There's no return agent nonsense when using the return label.

I always get a receipt when I drop off a return because of an experience I had years ago. Dropped off a pair of tennis shoes and didn't wait in line to get a receipt. The shoes never reached QVC and I had no proof that I had ever sent them. I was out the cost of the shoes.
Fast forward 18 months or so, and I get the pair of shoes BACK with an indignant letter from QVC saying that they can't possibly accept a return after so long. Evidently the long lost shoes had finally reached QVC, ha ha!
The shoes went to Goodwill and I learned to always get a receipt.

Unless they have negotiated an agreement, UPS is going on strike in a few weeks.
I wouldn't use them after the 15th, unless they keep going with a new union contract, effective August 1st.

UPS gets returns there in a few days. Naturally wouldn't use them toward the end of the month if they don't have a new contract.

@AZ Arizona Whenever I make a Q return now, I always send an email to QVCeasyreturns@qvc.com.
I let them know what I am returning. I add the item number, the amount & order number. I usually get a response within a few days and they will give the refund at that time.

🙉 Is UPS still considering a strike, or has the issue been resolved? If not, it will turn your bad dream into a living nightmare.
