I have been with the Q for 38 years. A lot of changes for good and bad. My concerns are NOT includinding the return paperwork in our purchase. It is a part of doing business!!  Prices have went up on everything, items, shipping (for returns) that's also part of a business that you can't try on, taste, smell etc. Your vendors don't use consisting sizing or different from what's on the sz chart. That part is on them too. Why do we pay 3.50 for you to send to us but, 8.95 to get back to you????? Thanks for listening.

It's not 38 years ago.  Fast forward to the present and things have evolved.  It didn't happen overnight.  Lot's of online businesses don't have exchange.  You have to return and reorder.  You have to learn to deal with change.

I really hate condescending posts like this.

OP, I agree with you.

Re: Return paperwork

[ Edited ]

It's not that hard to go online and print the return slip.

I hate returning/exchanging but do it more than I like. I've gotten "the letter."  It's so hard to get the right size even with the helpful click here sizing. Exchanges are terribly slow. Macys has no exchange. Just return and reorder.

@Another new name Sue maybe this person doesn't have a printer at home so not having the return form and label can be an issue for people.

What I didn't like was the change in the return label. It was always peel and stick but some of them are just plain paper. That meant I had to go to a lot more trouble putting the label onto the box to return it. When Q doesn't include the paperwork, it makes returning more difficult.

the C used to stand for convenience so they need to actually BE convenient.

I agree. I have a heavy item to return now. I was supposed to have received a replacement of a damaged item. I did not get one. What now? I just want to cancel the whole thing but no paperwork.

I received yet another order without the return  paperwork.   I don't have a printer and in more than 10 years haven't really needed one.

I called CS at the Q and they sent me paperwork in the mail.  I questioned a nice CS as to 'why' so many orders are being sent without paperwork.  She told me that the Q is moving to 'no paperwork' on all orders.  She said that many people were sending back returns and not using the enclosed return labels.  Am guessing it is a cost effect move...??

I do think that clothing should include the return papers.  So many chances for a clothing item to be wrong size, wrong color or just not fit.
