" I ordered two of these vest in the same size, different colors. I sent them back because I actually didn't care for the fit on me, but my issue here, and why I am giving this only 1 STAR is because even though I ordered them both in the same size, they had two different size fits. One was true to size and the other was 1 size LARGER. Very obvious, so I sent them back. Now here is the second OH MY! WE all pay $3.00 S&H to get each item and then another $6.95 to return, but DID YOU KNOW they are also charging another $2.95 per item for them being RETURNED!! The customer service rep told me they instated this policy about 6 months ago as the "powers that be" want consumers to be more judicious it order properly resulting in less returns. So since I, like many others, order regularly and know my size and choices, hit a BIG problem when the items in one line vary greatly in cut and sizing. There are complaints about this riddled ALL OVER LOGO reviews! I find it very poor policy when quality control on the part of the manufacturer is required to be paid for by the consumer. And it makes me sad because I have been a longtime consumer at QVC and truly love the LOGO line, but if the sizing issues are not remedied and I am required to pay for the inconsistencies it will most certainly affect any future purchases. OH MY, Lori and QVC please remedy this issue and hear your consumers, this is poor form. "

@Wayne-QVC  Wayne, what is the $2.95 charge to which the customer refers?  Thats a new one on me.

@Kachina624I also have never heard of that extra charge - can't believe it's been around for 6 months and no one else has posted about it.

For me, the only new charge is the $3 original shipping and since I buy almost no clothing, I've profited big time from the new shipping policy.  My WEN and Purity alone have saved way more than the extra $3 on any clothing return.

@Kachina624 The customer is only responsible for the cost of the prepaid label fee (unless item is defective) if he or she chooses to use it. In addtion, if the item is not damaged or defective, the customer is also responsible for the original shipping & handling cost to ship the item to them originally. I would need to take a look at the customers account  to verify the third charge the customer is referring to.

I returned a clothing item last week and amazingly enough the return was already processed.  There was no $2.95 fee.  Just the $3 deducted.  I paid the shipping.

@Wayne-QVC Please note the information was given to me directly by a CS rep. I asked him several questions about this policy, when it started, etc. A total of $9.90 was deducted from my refund accordingly. The rep actually went through the dollars and cents with me and we calculated it together so I was clear about why my refund was less than expected. Please Wayne do your inquiry and research as I did not misunderstand. I was rather shocked and conveyed my thoughts to the rep. He is the one who encouraged me to post on the Community Forum and also in Feedback, which I have done.

That's not an extra amount.  6.95 return label cost, and they apparently cut you a .05 break on the original s&h cost.  If there had been an additional charge they would have deducted $12.90 not $9.90.

IT has been the policy for over a year now that if you return a item YOU DO NOT GET A REFUND FOR YOUR ORIGINAL OUTGOING SHIPPING CHARGE (unless the item is defective in some way).  IF you use the Q return label you also are charged for the use of that label. So, your refund was for the cost of the item plus tax MINUS the cost of the return label ($6.95) minus the cost of the original outgoing shipping ($3.00).  IF your total invoice was $59.90 including tax and outgoing shipping of $3.00 and you returned the item using the Q prepaid label your refund should be $50.00.  THere is no extra charge.  THis has been brought up again and again and discussed over and over again and somehow people still cannot comprehend that the cost of the outgoing shipping is not credited back when a return is done.

I've had it with QVC.  They gush about their return policy but leave out the part about how much it will cost you to try something at home then return if it doesn't fit, suit your taste, etc.  Every time a host mentions how you can easily return an item, they should HAVE to include that you will pay the initial shipping charge plus the cost of returning the item, which is always more than QVC paid to ship it to you.  If QVC sends me something for $5.50 and I return it in the same packaging, why am I charged $8.95?  I have been a customer for 19 years, but no more.
