I was pleasantly surprised to receive return labels from your competitor, HSN. It has been awhile since I ordered from them but the convenience of having return labels enclosed has convinced me to begin to shop more from HSN and less from QVC as I am not able to get to a UPS drop off point easily. What QVC may be saving by withholding return labels is more than offset by the loss of business to its competitor.

I wish QVC still included the return label in the package w/ the item.  I mean ... that's was C stands for in QVC ... CONVENIENCE.  But they don't.  And frankly, I still don't trust the newly introduced Q code scan at the shipping office.  I don't.  I trust Amazon's use of that system, but QVC, hmmm, not so much.

Anyway, I jumped on the message boards to write a request and saw this thread.  My suggestions/request is for:

QVC to REFORMAT THEIR RETURN LABEL/RETURN SLIPS INTO ONE SINGLE PAGE!!!

Two pages is a giant waste of paper, a GIANT return label uses a whole sheet of paper and GOBS of ink.  I am pretty sure they could design a side-by-side format on one sheet that we can easily cut in half (one half label, one half return slip).  And the size would be just fine for a label etc.  So, please QVC, REDESIGN THIS RETURN LABEL/RETURN SLIP FORMAT.

Can you still return more than 1 item in same box and use just 1 of the shipping labels of 1 of the items in the box???

I ordered two pair of shoes on Free shipping and they need to go back. I don't want to ship back separately and pay two different shipping costs.

Additionally, many of the reviews coming in say that particular shoe runs a size small and indeed it does.

@QPrincess .. I might be wrong, but I believe if you return two orders in one package they still deduct shipping for each order.  They did when I returned multiple items in one package.

They deduct the original  shipping to get the item to you but they only  charge for the label you  used. I have done it several times and was only charged for  the label on the  outside of the package or 1 QR code. Just be sure to make a note of which item's label you used and make sure you are only charged for that lable.

They only deduct the label for the item you used. They do deduct the original shipping you paid (usually $3.50 for clothing) .  You paid to get it and don't get that back. If you put more than one thing in a bag or box, make a note of the label or QR code you used for that item and that should be the only $6.95 deducted or charged to you.

I  have been using QR codes from QVC since they were first offered and have never had a mistake made by qvc. They work perfectly well.

@Kachina624   I will double check with the post office but I do not live near a UPS store...CVS takes UPS packages in our town, but their must be a label on the package.

In those cases, as @Kachina624  has mentioned many times.....just hand write a return label and pay for the return yourself.

The correct addresses are all online here.

IF it is a case of a defect, your payment of shipping can be refunded.

I know it isn't the most convenient way, but there is sometimes a way around all of this!

@VeteranQer

HSN isn't really a competitor.  They are a sister company owned by the same Quarate Group.  They are all under the same umbrella company.

HSN return labels are $1 more than QVC not that a buck means a whole lot.

I wouldn't be shocked if HSN stopped return labels as well.  Costs need to be cut all across the board.

USPS is raising pricing again, so it all may change!!

As pointed out numerous times, very FEW sites out there provide any kind of invoice OR return label.

Amz

Wally

Target

SO many more

In each case above, you have to have access to a return code either online or a smart phone.

I love using their return label.  As soon as UPS or USPS scans it within two hours I have my refund.  It is well worth $6.95 or $8.95.  I did do my own shipping and it was well over $11 to ship it and extra if I want insurance. QVC's label also includes the insurance.

Kudos to all who have a smart phone. I do not. When I print out a label, it is not only my paper & ink but then ALL of the tape to attatch a paper label to the box and then tape up the box. When you have dexterity issues it is a REAL challenge.

Now I ask myself when considering a purchase:

Do I NEED it?

Can I purchase it some place else?

Do I want to go through the HASSLE/COST of returning it?

There might be new products I'd like to try but not anymore. QVC, because of higher prices, lack of or incorrect product info, lower quality of items and no return labels has forced me to become more selective. I choose to lessen the stress. Future QVC purchases are going to be severely limited.

What would your husband do in the event of an emergency @Texas Gray Wolf ?  Having a phone can save one's life if a medical emergency arises.

I don't know anyone that doesn't have a mobile phone.
