@zoogirl  I am not making excuses for. QVC, but I just ordered a handful of items from different sites and not one item had a return label included.

@Janey2

I have never received an invoice OR any kind of return label from ANY site in eons!

Sorry @zoogirl

I get it...however, this is the way of it now.....we have to adapt somehow.

LOTS of great suggestions were posted for you.

@Mom2Dogs.  Both the post office and ups stores will print labels but you must have the QR code.

@zoogirl  I completely agree! I cant make labels so i either dont order expensive things that might not work for me or i take a loss on regular price stuff that doesnt work out. If i lived by real stores this wouldnt be an issue. Anyway, i agree they should provide labels.

Can you still return more than 1 item in same box and use just 1 of the shipping labels of 1 of the items in the box???

I ordered two pair of shoes on Free shipping and they need to go back. I don't want to ship back separately and pay two different shipping costs.

Additionally, many of the reviews coming in say that particular shoe runs a size small and indeed it does.

@QPrincess .. I might be wrong, but I believe if you return two orders in one package they still deduct shipping for each order.  They did when I returned multiple items in one package.

I hear you. The only other option besides a printer or a smart phone is to actually take a "photo" of the QR code as haddon9 mentioned. Besides a "phone" if you have a "digital camera" you could probably use that to take a photo of the QR code and then take the camera to the shipping choice location.

I know...the "C" in "QVC" no longer stands for "convenience". To be FAIR however, most online merchants are all doing the same and there is a thing called "Happy Returns" that a lot are using which also involve a QR code process.

Best of luck to all!

Up until a few days ago my cell phone was a flip-phone which did not have the capability to load apps much less do QR codes. I had to finally give in and get a smart phone. I just got it up and running. Gawd help me. Woman LOL It's my very first smart phone. 🤪

😄😂 You gotta do what you gotta do! Personally, I'm sticking with Texas Gray Wolf's husband! I should add that "age" or "intelligence" or "incapability" have nothing to do with it. It's about "choice".

@Kachina624   I will double check with the post office but I do not live near a UPS store...CVS takes UPS packages in our town, but their must be a label on the package.

I have a cellphone only because my hubby got me one, I take it when I leave the house and to use only for emergencies, but that's about it, I'm not tech savvy and not really interested in all the functions, I seldom text, my family and friends know to email me instead.   I do have a printer and could not live without one, it comes in very handy to print out labels, documents, etc.
