I am so disappointed in QVC for putting the expense on the customers to print return labels.  Not everyone has access to a printer, and even if you do, cartridge ink is expense added to the cost of shipping.  You have also lost a generation of people who also cannot get to a post office or do not understand how to get the code from their phone.   Your customers pay top dollar for products, and agree to shipping costs (both ways).  But the added expense of printing a label is not fair.  Also, its interesting that you are affiliated with HSN and they send return labels.   Really disappointing.

You don't need a printer to make a return to Qvc. But you do need a QR code and also make a trip to the PO to have them print the label using the QR code on your cell phone. Still an inconvenience but that's how it's done.

Alternatively, you can call Qvc CS and have them mail a label to you. Takes a while but it's an option.

@zoogirl

If you order on line from a desk top or lap top computer, you can get the code on the screen and take a picture of it with your cellphone.  Then you only have to take the cellphone to the Post Office or other store that is identified as a participant.

Just make certain that the picture on your cellphone was saved to photo icon.

@jlkz   Does that mean the post office prints the label?  I thought I asked a while back if my post office would print the label for me, they said NO....and my local CVS that has a pick up for UPS will also does not print labels.

CVS won't but the UPS store does.

There are two 'how-to' videos posted on Qvc. Just type in returns in the search box and you'll see them there. Shows how to make returns.

My local Parcel Place doesn't take QR codes.  They do take USPS, UPS, FedEX and a few other carriers.  They are close to me so that is where I bring my returns.

I print out the labels at home but if you have a place that will take QR codes near you it isn't hard to do if you have a smart phone.

Actually you don't even need a smart phone.  Take a photo of the QR code from your computer for the return and show it at your shipping store.

@Mom2Dogs

The UPS store will print from your QR code.

When you get the QR code during the on line return process, it may ask you where you will take your package.

If your closest isn't listed, then they are not part of the Broker Label Service and cannot print your return label.

Your CVS may not be part of the Broker Label Service for QVC.  However, besides UPS, I have also used Staples at home and in FL.

I would suggest calling first to save yourself time and aggravation or as one poster recommended having the Q send you a label which may take a few days to reach you.

@zoogirl  I am not making excuses for. QVC, but I just ordered a handful of items from different sites and not one item had a return label included.

Can you still return more than 1 item in same box and use just 1 of the shipping labels of 1 of the items in the box???

I ordered two pair of shoes on Free shipping and they need to go back. I don't want to ship back separately and pay two different shipping costs.

Additionally, many of the reviews coming in say that particular shoe runs a size small and indeed it does.
