This is to people who return fashion items AND probably more the Customer Care Team in the Returns Area:

1. if you return items please make sure you return in the same clear plastic bag you get your items in ie make sure it actually IS the same bag with item number and size that you ordered.

2. To the Customer Care Team:  PLEASE make certain YOU are putting the right item in the plastic bag with THE CORRECT Item number, description AND THE CORRECT SIZE the customer orders AND that that label actually MATCHES the item AND SIZE of item.

I ordered Item A470054 Cuddl Duds lightweight shirt jacket in Ivy Green SIZE SMALL. Yes I received the correct item and color BUT THE WRONG SIZE.

Garment size indicates Medium, however the while label on the plastic bag indicates it is size small. I ordered size small but I was sent size Medium.

I already have this same jacket in medium, the 2nd jacket I ordered I ordered size Small. Didn't get small however. How did this happen????????  Keeping the medium b/c I AM NOT fooling around with returning it nor exchanging it as I already know size small in the green is sold out.

Those who work in the Returns Dept need to read labels more closely and then re-bag the returns they send out to others to make sure we receive what we order.

Thanks to whomever can make these kinds of MISTAKES END.

Why would the previous buyer have returned a medium in a small bag unless she too had received the wrong size?  The error may have been made at the factory.

@Kachina624  Because the previous buyer ordered two sizes and when returning one mixed up the plastic bags.

@Janey2    That's possible too.

Re: Return Items

[ Edited ]

I"m so careful about folding items so they almost appear unopened.  I was doing it when making a return in a store once and the clerk askedf if I ever worked in retail. Nope....

The one thing I have been frustrated about is size not showing up on HSN when I look at my orders.

I'm always careful when packaging a clothing item for return; however, yesterday I received one of those bags that is impossible to open without ripping. When I tried to lift the taped closure, it immediately tore the bag. The descriptive label on the bag was place directly over the closure, so that tore too. The bag is a total mess! Sorry Q, but not my fault.
