Request: Grandparents’ forum please?

I don’t know about anybody else, but I would certainly enjoy a grandparents’ forum for gift ideas; books/DVD’s; and discipline tips.

 

It is difficult keeping up with kids’ likes/dislikes today at any given age.

 

It sure would be helpful for me!

My grandkids are 9 and 12. We are giving them Steam gift cards. Easy out. Steam is a web site you can buy games for their computers to play.

Our DGCs are 4 and 2 1/2.

our granddaughter loves dance, Barbies and soccer.

our grandson loves trucks and dinosaurs.

 

For Christmas, I am torn. DD said to watch the cartoons on tv... only a few minutes. She said that whatever was being shown during the commercials (on Nickkids) that would thrill them.

 

When they visited recently, we took the kids to “Toys or Us.” I thought it was such a towering zoo in there.
