Fantastic idea ... especially on the Lunchtime Specials. After you purchase one and LOVE it, the cost has reverted back to "double the price." (Why take a chance on ordering multiples if it turns out to be a dud)! Only those who "bought it as LTS" could reorder & get the price break. A great marketing ploy OP~!
Without fail @KYToby, I noticed you opposed the OP's view ... why not just "pass us by" next time. Thank you Bud!

@KYToby wrote:Why shoud QVC do this? You know the item is on sale when it is on sale. Buy it then. I do not see why you expect a shopping channel to allow you to try something out and then later get it at a sale price again.
Do you expect other retailers to do this, too? Would you buy a purse at Macy's on sale and then go back a month later, demaning the sales price? If you bought prime rib on sale at the supermarket for Christmas, would you expect to go back in February and demand the same price?
Yes, if I went back within a certain period of time (their sale day/week/month - whatever) I WOULD expect to get the sale price again.
I don't recall anyone DEMANDING anything. It was a suggestion to QVC to boost sales & help us at the same time also.
