Recorded Messages for extra delay time?

CS recorded delay phone message..... It would be helpful if the message indicated which item(s)is in the recent extended delay. The message mentions to check one's order  account which I did and they all state in process or that they have shipped? This could be a further delay on an Advanced order, but another just wait and see I guess? It would be nice to have a specfic order name or number to have more information in the call.

@Gorgf it would be helpful.  Someone who knows far more than I do would have to explain how the computer programing task involved

@millieshops One time one of the Mods let me know what item is delayed longer, but I am not going to bother them. Things often end up arriving sooner after notification?

@Gorgf I received one of those messages about a month or so ago and it also told me I could cancel if I wanted. Had I known what item they were referring to the message would have been helpful. Considering the majority of my CIJ purchases were/are advanced orders that call was useless to me.

 

@millieshops I don't need to know the computer programming task involved. I just want QVC to "make it make sense"

@Gorgf   I never meant you or I need to know the programming -  just what kind of skill and time  (therefore, money) it would take to get the results that would give the information.
