Recorded Calls for Delayed Shipment

While it is appreciated to be informed on a shipping delay. Could the call include what item it is that is delayed?  I have four items In Process and have no idea which one is delayed??

Hi @Gorgf it looks like you only have 2 left in Processing. The call was for the Kilronan Merino Wool Throw Blanket. I am so sorry that was not included in the message. Your suggestion is a great one.

@Anonymous @Gorgf   The suggestion was a great one???  I would think that it would be common sense to include the order number, that's not rocket science.  Additionally, they tell you in those messages that you can check the status online.  Sure I can check the status online but it still doesn't identify which of my orders is delayed.  Who is in charge, some of these issues just don't make any sense.  Common sense people, that's all it takes, a little common sense.
