I haven't shopped QVC in about a year..something caught my attention so I ordered it. It arrived July 7. Wasn't that great in person I promptly sent it back that day. 7/7.
I have tracked the package back to QVC. It arrived at their facility 7/11. There has bee no update on them even receiving the item. No sign of a refund AND it's already been through one billing cycle which required me to pay the EP on my Q Card. Now we heading to a new billing cycle and I'm probably on the hook for another EP payment.
QVC inerds to get better on handling returns.

@grayhairdontcare - if I find it's taking too long, I call CS, and they immediately initiate a refund.

There's always a lot to be thankful for if you take time to look for it.
For example, I am sitting here thinking how nice it is that wrinkles don't hurt.

I get so frustrated with QVC, when they are on air everything is so exciting to get you to purchase the item. easy pay, easy pay! but...... when you need to return something, holy cow.. what a nightmare. I had returned some jeans that were the wrong size and put exchange on them. never again. i went thru weeks trying to fix my bill. I had customer service tell me that synchrony bank was the only way to resolve this. not true. got another rep who finally found that the item as returned because i never throw out my ups receipts.. she says ohh, i do see where these were returned. I see something that i might want to try but then i know if it doesnt work out i have to start making phone calls,chats. call backs..it just isnt worth it. I see these complaints go wayyyyy back. I just don't shop here.
