Rachel Bosing talks fast, she’s high‑pressure, and like a lot of the hosts she says plenty of stupid things. Some like her, some don’t.

The thing that bothers me about her is the arm waving, hovering, pointing and fondling of products. I tune out the chatter by using captions. When presenting clothing she constantly whips out another piece/color to go with it. I think we can figure it out. Jane does the same. Tiresome.

I wish some one would buy her a new pair of shoes-those wedges she wears on the Kim Gravel show on Saturday night are getting old.  Doesn't she work for a company that sells shoes ?

I don't frequent these forums that often. Although, when I do, it is sad and disheartening how many people criticize and speak so negatively about so many hosts at QVC. These people work so hard at what they do. They should be commended for standing there having to talk about products for hours at a time which Is not easy to do.

I don't think Rachel talks too fast at all! She is such a genuinely kind and sweet person. I think she does a great job as a host, knows and represents all brands and products incredibly well and has a great attitude. I'm actually very surprised by this post because she's so well liked amongst her peers at QVC and with a lot of viewers.

You're right, change the channel and watch something where people have a really long slow drawl so, it keeps your attention.

People are absolutely allowed to have opinions about a host’s on‑air persona. That’s what we are commenting on, the presentation style, not Rachel as a person.

They already get plenty of perks for doing their job, so there’s no need to “commend” them for standing and talking on TV.

I remember the early days of QVC (friend's mom always watched it after school) and it seemed as if the host was primarily responsible for the presentation(s) unlike today in which the demonstrator or presenter does most of the work. Not saying that never happened way back when but I don't feel to the degree we have seen in recent times.

A portion of consumers are turned off by a hard sell, by nonsensical platitudes, insincerity, etc.., whether talking about a car salesman, a salesperson at a brick and mortar store, etc.., let alone QVC.

Manny2..... I never said anything about people sharing their opinions. What stood out to me was the continuous negativity. Apparently that's something that you are apparently drawn to therefore Warranting your argumentative response. I will commend someone if it's warranted because that is my opinion! Your response is very disheartening.
