Question for Monitors

When I post a new recipe on the Recipe Exchange Game it does not move to the top of the Forum list. Why? I've checked it several times but it only updates in Recipes.

Hi @Zhills

My test post bumped your thread to the top of the Recipe category. We will need to take a closer look over the next few days to determine why you are not having the same experience.

Why does it only go to Recipies and not to the front of the forum posts?

He did not read your question thoroughly or just aswered incorrectly.

You said in the opening thread that it went up in Recipes only!

But, we want to know WHY it doesn't go up to the top of ALL threads!

My apologies for not understanding the problem that @Zhills elevated yeserday.

I did some additional testing this morning and confirmed the experience that is being reported. There is a problem with the VIEW ALL FORUM TOPICS page not reflecting true recent forum activity. I have elevated this to a more technical member or the team to get this page corrected.

Thanks for your patience while we get this resolved. Once I am certain of the date this will be corrected I will follow-up. The experience that was identifed is not what is intended.

I confirmed the experience that you elevated and am asking this be corrected. The activity should be visible on the VIEW ALL FORUM TOPICS page and it is not. This problem is not unique to the Recipe category.

There is a page that accurately reflects the most recent forum activity that I wanted to share with you until we get the VIEW ALL FORUM TOPICS page corrected.

Along the left navigation under Community Menu there is the option to click on the word FORUMS. That 1st page appears to be accurately showing the most recent forum activity across all categories.
