In days past, Oh QVC Management, I frequently slid on returning poorly crafted or inaccurately promoted items. It was just too much trouble for something that really didn't impact my budget, etc. However, in these days of a challenging economy, I find the cost of the item plus shipping generally DOES impact my choices and I slog down to the postal office and return things that are just not a reasonable value. This being said to lead up to: Please understand that I can't afford to blow off $50 any longer, QVC managers. Your costs are not insignificant and I am seriously disappointed that with this downward economy, you do not provide the quality standard of production expected. Please respect me more than to push substandard items off at premium prices. I can't afford to do that any longer.
