Where IS your quality control? I've been reprimanded for 3 years about my 50% return rate. BUT now it is much higher due to your endless quality & sizing issues. Don't dare send me another nasty letter. I am a sophisticated slender well proportioned senior & know I am a size S where any quality control exists.
AND would it really be too much to focus on necklines than on host & model gobs of hair covering necklines? Really? You're selling apparel not hair.
Host Amy Stran is a class act & makes everything look great. But then it arrives at my home & is now almost always being returned for defects, sizing, poor quality, someone else's perfume ........
Count me fed up.

I often wonder about these "first posts." I understand everyone has to post for the first time, but these are almost always extremely negative, and you rarely see a post from this person again. Could it be all the same person....just wondering.

Some of us have experienced sizing, quality, neckline and hair issues, as well. All have been discussed here previously.
Try measuring the pieces you receive, compare them to the measurements online. That's what I do as proof there are sizing issues. Size 6 pants shouldn't measure size 4, for example, or a small measure XS.
QVC most likely told you to buy according to their measurements, but as I found, yes, what I have received might be sized smaller or larger...too much to keep. If QVC used better manufacturers, we wouldn't have these problems, but customers are blamed for not buying the right size.
3 years with these problems is too long. With QVC, it's hit or miss. Some fit, some don't. Quality is good, others, quality poor. Try shopping elsewhere for your clothing. I haven't had these issues with other retailers where I shop.

@Foxxee I've never found a department store where sizing is as uniform across various lines as it is at QVC. I wear the same size in virtually every line. There is an occasional exception which is why I check the garment measurements. If there is a variation in the chart measurement (they'll never be uniformly exact), it's so minuscule as to be insignificant.

Didn't you and I discuss this same subject previously several times when you challenged what I consider are true statements based on my experiences?
You have made yourself very clear in the past quite a few times where you stand.

@Foxxee I don't recall such a discussion but it's possible. If you keep contradicting MY EXPERIENCE, I'll keep challenging yours. I have as much right to relate what I think as you do.
I also don't welcome new posters who come here spewing venom and exaggeration as the OP did. These people shop irresponsibly then come here for sympathy when they get the letter.
