HAVE NEVER BEEN LATE IN YEARS PAYING MY BILL  AND THIS IS THE END OF ORDERING ANY THING FOR ME.

That’s why I don’t have a Q card.  Too many complaints over the years.

It might be best for you to call QVC ... everyone gets you're upset but airing that here won't get the issue resolved for you.

if you sent in the credit card payment you need to contact the qvc credit card company. any reason you cannot pay it online or via phone instead of snail mail?

Playing devils advocate here, if you bought things you knew you had a bill, if it was missing your should of followed up and not waited

Why not call the Bank and ask them to waive the fees. It's worth a call since it's the first time you have had a late payment.

 

Calling QVC won't help. They have nothing to do with the card payment. Synchrony Bank does.
