@Grouchomarx wrote:Clearly there are shipping issues that are affecting a lot of customers. Lots of complaints here about long waits for items to ship. So it is not a secret. I suggest sending a letter to customers via email explaining the issues, apologizing, thank you for your patience, etc. It would help frustrated customers to be made aware of the situation and when it may be fixed. This same thing happened last year when FreshDirect changed their warehouse and all holy chaos broke loose. They sent a letter explaining and it made me feel better. You need to do this QVC. Keep your customers informed and take responsibility for your mistakes and problems. Give people hope it will be resolved soon. Just my two cents.
@Grouchomarx This seems like a common sense approach. But it clearly appears that QVC does not value its customers so why bother.

I think they shipping and handling should be reimbursed for anything that takes beyond 10 days. I did get a robo call last week saying my 2 pairs of years ordered 3/22 would not be here until 4/3. They have since shipped and are at the post office in a city 30 miles away awaiting transfer to my post office for delivery.
@wonderfulworld No disrespect, but don't hold your breath waiting for that reimbursement of shipping and handling fees. That will NEVER happen.

Count me as another customer who doesn't want a lame excuse, I want better service.

I agree. I don't want a letter. It'd take a week or ten days to arrive anyway. Just fix the problems or change the system so I can cancel.

4/2...the mail has come no jeans. Sigh!
