QVC send out a letter please

Clearly there are shipping issues that are affecting a lot of customers. Lots of complaints here about long waits for items to ship. So it is not a secret. I suggest sending a letter to customers via email explaining the issues, apologizing, thank you for your patience, etc. It would help frustrated customers to be made aware of the situation and when it may be fixed. This same thing happened last year when FreshDirect changed their warehouse and all holy chaos broke loose. They sent a letter explaining and it made me feel better. You need to do this QVC. Keep your customers informed and take responsibility for your mistakes and problems.  Give people hope it will be resolved soon. Just my two cents.

There may be supply chain issues that are larger than QVC.

I'd like to know if its just certain popular brands that are generating all these complaints.

Some items are not delayed at all.

Yes, QVC, it's time to "connect with us"!

I have never known QVC to acknowledge problems, explain them or ask customers to bear with them. I wouldn't anticipate this will be any different. There appears to be some level of corporate arrogance that won't allow them to speak with their customers other than delivering the hard sell and to tell us how wonderful they are. I'd also posit that despite somewhat marginal financial reports and having recently pulled up several of the empire's tents, they don't want to publicly acknowledge that the ship is off course, lest their board begin to think, however belatedly, that meaningful and significant change is overdue.

The letter would get lost in the mail.

Clearly Quarte has problems, and guessing shipping is not on top of the list.  What they have done to HSN may just prove to be beyond repair.

I think they shipping and handling should be reimbursed for anything that takes beyond 10 days. I did get a robo call last week saying my 2 pairs of years ordered 3/22 would not be here until 4/3. They have since shipped and are at the post office in a city 30 miles away awaiting transfer to my post office for delivery.
