on some of your presentations have the hosts/vendors explain the 'click here ' sizing charts and what the abbreviations mean and how they would help us to clarify the sizes.

I would ask customer service to explain those things, the Q pays their hosts hundreds of thousands of dollars a year to get you to buy product, not to explain how to figure out sizing on line. Just saying.

A happy customer that gets a good fit and looks nice is more apt to buy again than one that has to pay extra charges to return an ill fitting garment.

One of the hosts selling a skirt suggested the customers go to QVC.com to find the lengths of the skirt. Oh, well.... If they don't care enough, neither do I.

QVC may be surprised to learn this, but not everyone owns a computer!

insomniac.....you took the words from my mouth....not only doesn't everyone have a computer...not all of us have our computer up and running while we are watching....

and baker...how many times does the host say the lines are soooooooooo busy...please use our computers....text...automated...etc....so talking to the c.s. isn't always an option....

your right...hosts get paid a good amount of money...they need to give us all the info we need so we can make good choices...we shouldn't have to hunt and peck to find it...

I liked it when the hosts had tape measures and rulers.

I wasn't watching then , but sounds like a great idea. Maybe not all of the time but occasionally or when asked--show the measurements of an actual garment/size.

these are terms that I asked cs about via a chat but they said they did not have that info available:

waist circ. relaxed top edge

Waist Circ. Relaxed @ WB Seam

I think it would mean waistband when stretched or not???? "relaxed"?

does anyone know ? I know one online site's chart shows what the waistband measures when stretched, which I find helpful when deciding whether it would fit and be comfortable.

I thought this was the idea of a live presentation---to give all the information about the garment including the basics (colors, fit, measurements, etc.).I would prefer to have this info first before the host/vendor starts reaching for all the other matching items or starts rattling off the names of other items to purchase. At the very least there could be a graphic on the side of the screen that gives this info. If I have to go to the computer to get the information that I need to purchase where is the convenience for the customer?
