QVC needs to change

I have been shopping with QVC even before it was QVC...I think QVC has grown so fast they don't care about their shoppers or quality of products. It is so sad to see this happening. They have taking off fun shows, like scrapbooking, doll shows, for race fans only, etc. No mention of why they have been taken off the air except I am sure it all comes down to money, money and more money. A lot of shows now are focused on the rich. You can't save money by shopping with QVC especially with the shipping. I have spent so much money through the years that wouldn't you think they can stop charging "handling" or combine more then one item in a box to help save money.

It is so sad that this is happening. I do shop around now on line for free shipping and better deals, and do find them. I am not saying I won't buy from QVC again but I now look elsewhere first. I don't watch as often anymore.

Thanks for letting me vent, I just hope someone from QVC is listening.
