The multiple item shipping discount was done away with last February. You now pay full shipping on multiple items.

I have been getting the discount on multiple items with no problems until today.

@Toejam I'm getting the maintenance notices too and said it was unable to figure S&H but the shipping was showing on the order. No, it's not our computers, it's the website. I didn't proceed with the order, afraid of what might show up later.

@ThinkOutsidetheBox As far as I know we don't get a discount on multiples of an item anymore. I sure haven't since they changed the shipping rates.

Smart girl LucyMo, I did proceed and ended up with th $141.00 pending charge for the wait list order I made. You know in thinking back this web problem has happened before when they offer these easy pay deals and the last time it happen when it ended like magic the web was up and running just fine - strange. Really one would think a company this large would have a better web site.

@scotnovel, It's not happening to everyone but based on an older thread in Community Chat and the responses here it's happening to many. I haven't been able to duplicate any of the problems, but I don't doubt others are seeing them.
eta: Just for info, I'm using an iMac (OS X 10.11.3, with Firefox 44.0.2, or Chrome v. 48.0.2564.109), or on my iPad/iPhone (iOS 9.2.1) and I clear cookies/cache/website data daily.

I don't doubt they are having problems, but am just wondering if those problems are really due to the website versus one of several other potential issues, like their computer, even their virus software, internet access, etc. I had issues with certain websites (not QVC) until I got a new laptop and a different virus software and miraculously there were no more "website" problems.

I have been trying to get into my order status all day, I can get so far, then BAM the red script..... I am so very fed up with this.. Q why do you always try to fix what was not broken....and then screw everything up..... reading these posts today... I AM NOT THE ONLY ONE HAVING ISSUES, for goodness sake fix it.

Easy Pay did not work for me. The option wasn't even there to clik on.
The problem is with the QVC website, so I did not place my order(s).
ETA: David just mentioned that they are having some diffiulties with QVC.com
