I wrote Customer Service asking if someone could respond to Suggestions in the Community Suggestion Box forum. I pointed out that some customers didn't think QVC was even monitoring the Suggestion Box entries. Here is the reply I got back.
"Since customer satisfaction is our top priority here at QVC, we always appreciate any suggestions or comments from our customers. I have forwarded your suggestion to the appropriate department.
I am sorry for any inconvenience. The Community Forum is more for customer interaction than QVC. Any suggestions you have for QVC can be sent to us through this Customer Service Email address. We forward them to the proper department".
My reply back to them was.....The confusing part of this, is that there is a SUGGESTIONS category. If this forum category isn't meant for QVC's scrutiny, then WHO are these suggestions meant for? That's the part that puzzles me.
I have NOT heard back from them.
