QVC chats and emails

There should be a way for customers to get copies of chats and of emails sent to CS. With Amazon, when I communicate with a seller, Amazon or a vendor, I get an automatic copy of my email

I used to always get replies back to my emails to (qvc) CS. I don't know about chat, today was my 1st time to "live chat" with CS. Not a great experience, (not surprised), I got a "generic" answer. Then when I said it was generic, I got a similar, but better answer.
