QVC & COOKBOOK SHIPPING RATES?

We all love QVC's & David's cookbooks, but it would be great to be able to get a better (cheaper) S&H rate for books. There used to be a "FLAT RATE" ship fee for books at the Post Office. Could you please check in to that. We fans and collectors would sure appreciate it. Thank you.
