QVC, Your Website Performance Stinks lately!

Today, I go to my order status, click on easy pay orders, which it shows just fine. I then go to view my easy pay plans by month, so I can update a credit card on an easy payment. It then shows "no easy pays" in my account to view. What the???? If I click on the order individually and try to edit my payment information, it won't even given me that option. Every day, it seems like I go to look up something or do something on this website, and every day now, it's doing something new and weird. Is there a new person in charge of your website now? I understand there's going to be problems here and there, but this is every day now. Something is not functioning right and you really need to try to fix this...it's getting ridiculous.
