What exactly are you referring to @Catastrophe ? I have been able to navigate wherever I want with no issues. No waiting either, very quick. Maybe your doing something different than myself but I'm having no issues with purchases, saving to Wish List, searching items, looking up Lunchtime Specials, accessing this forum.

I use Chrome with Windows 11 and rarely have any trouble with any online site, including QVC.

From a technical perspective, QVC's website gets a lot of traffic, but I think its performance is fine. It doesn't always work very well with Safari, but most user issues are solved by using the Chrome browser and clearing your cache. I've not been able to replicate most of the errors encountered by users.

Are you complaining about the UX? It's a bit dated but so are lots of websites.

Now the app is a bit glitchy. There's a jump scroll issue in iOS that is a bit maddening.

Are you referring to the design changes, perhaps? You don't care for the newer layouts?

I'm using Chrome on an Android tablet and haven't had any problems. If someone is having massive problems, it may be their device or internet service.
