The QVC app for Roku takes way too long to load on my Roku 2. This problem is not as bad on our Roku 3. On the Roku 2, it takes one full minute + to actually start the channel, then extra time to load a video choice. All other channels work fine.

This channel used to load almost instantly before it was revamped in late 2016. I wish on my Roku 2, I could revert to he old QVC app which was working fine before.

Also, now I see the QVC Plus app will no longer function, soon, meaning I will need to access it using the new app which feels like it takes forever to load.

On another note...the QVC channel on OTA/Antenna in our area (MPLS ST PAUL) is broadcast in the incorrect aspect ratio when viewing the channel on Tablo. The aspect ratio issue cannot be fixed/compensated on my end with TV zoom because this channel is broadcast as 4:3 instead of 16:9 aspect ratio and is squished when using 16:9 setting on TV.  At first I thought this might be an issue with the Tablo, but this is the ONLY channel out of about 45 channels in our area that has this problem. I now suspect that incorrect data being sent somehow from the QVC OTA channel that determines aspect ratio for Tablo. This data perhaps isn't utilized on standard setup.

Overall, I'm pretty bummed. I like to put on QVC and watch every so often, but now I find myself losing patience with the technology problems to the point where I don't even bother. I hate to say it, but HSN is really impressive in this area. Their Roku app is exceptional to the point that you can even purchase items using the HSN Roku app -- but I honestly don't like much else about HSN.

Oh well, hopefully someone in QVC's Tech department can take notes and improve because I miss being able to just click it on and watch like I could with the old app.
