QVC Product Quality

Am I the only one who has noticed a significant drop in the quality of products QVC if offering? I recently placed an order for two Diamonique rings and was sadly disappointed when I received them. I do not watch them on air anymore as the programming is the same and very boring. I think if they used ez pay as and Shop NBC and HSN for larger items because of the ez pay option. Would like to hear thoughts
