QVC PLEASE FIX YOUR WEBSITE ISSUES

I just do not understand why a company as large as the Q has such a terrible website.  There are always multiple issues in some way - either in posting, either in ordering, either in searching.  It's always something.  Most folks use their devices to order.  I usually use my IPAD or my IPHONE as I suspect most people do.   

 

When I try to add something to my wish list, it takes forever to take me there and if I hit the add to wish list button more than once, it adds the item numbers to it.  I saw that so many items had multiple numbers.   In addition, the searching on the Q is terrible.  If you don't give it the exact reference, it says we are sold out of that item

 

As you can see, I am in a lousy mood today because of the Q.  Thanks for listening.

I agree that the IT department needs to improve service.  The website is very difficult to use today, 09/25.

It is a constant problem.  I just do not understand how they can be having so many issues even though we complain constantly about it.

The search box has completely disappeared from the home page.  HUH?  How can we locate anything without the ability to search!!?!?!?  Please fix this ASAP!

@kittyloo Same problems for me.  Have to put password in 6 or 7 times.  Getting tired of it.   Easier just to shop elsewhere.
