QVC: Please consider going back to the old format for the on-line program guide. We always had the option to "show more details". It's way too "cumbersome" (for lack of a better word) the way things are now laid out. I do switch to the weekly view, which is infinitely more palatable than the current daily view. However, it would be nice if you went back to what you had that seemed to work so well. Thank you.

Personally, I'm not sure this is intentional or if they were tinkering again and don't know how to correct it... Any way you slice it the program guide, both daily and weekly, are not visually appealing or easy to read and really, given the slim pickins' program wise, the guides should at least be useful... As it is now, I'm just not bothering to look and am simply assuming, usually accurately so, that QVC has nothing programmed that I want to see. If I happen to tune in on occasion to look then so be it, but that's about all they're getting out of me these days...

It would also be nice if QVC posted about whether or not this is a planned change or something else. There's been enough discussion, most of it indicating customers don't like it, that you'd think they might use the website to address it by now.

I agree, stevieb. I noticed a few recent responses on other threads from one of the website support people. Maybe if this topic remains active and enough posters express their concerns we can get an answer.

As to the program guide, I also suggested on the other thread about this topic…..if they must put all this verbiage in the daily slots, why not replace all that nonsense with substantive information, such as what's going to be presented during each segment…..just like HSN does.

With the not-so-user friendly Program Guide, I'm saving money. I don't have the time or inclination to sift through the over abundance of info that appears when I "click" on the Program Guide. I'm sure QVC won't miss me, but I've done the bulk of my shopping on the "Q" for several years...not so much lately. PLEASE, PLEASE, fix the problem. I've emailed twice, but have not heard back. This should be an easy fix.
