Re: QVC Host for MacKenzie-Childs

@Witchy Woman ---camping dishes---that's what I was reminded of----had a few pieces of the blue w/white speckles camping stuff, which I loved-----had a great big stock/ pasta pot in the black speckled too. It had the insert that fit inside with holes in it  to drain the pasta along with a round colander --had a set like that in solid white too.

Watched the other night , Pat seemed uncomfortable and  Rebecca Proctor seemed uncomfortable to because she was not given much time at all to touch and explain the artistry of all the pieces . The show was not as free flowing and enjoyable as it used to be on SHOPHQ with Kathy Norton.  Pat  has a soft tone but she  acted like she was selling  lockn lock .  I didn't see any special  prices for this first showing  of this line . I think they said only one color  tea kettle  had free shipping. A big Bust .

I bought my tea kettles and a few other pieces years ago.  They were reasonably priced back then.  I agree about those metal cups for drinking a hot beverage.  Ouch!!

Atleast last night , there was some free shipping on items  along wit 5 VP.  Last night Alberti  , did not stop talking, he did not let Rebecca Proctor talk much at all .  I don't think much time was devoted to showing how different the floral dot  canisters were  and  candle holders .  No mention that since items hand painted there  may look  different than some pieces on TV.  I have found  some of the Royal Check pieces are noticably very light in color  and some are darker .  The old Flower market pattern was  all consistently the same on every piece  .   Alberti  was jumping from one item to another . They sure need Kathy Norton to run a smooth show so that customers who are not familiar this  expensive line can  get all the info and the  Host hold items  so the camera person can give us 360  degree views. All those sellouts , well, they must have just aloted  a specific number of pieces  for free shipping because all those sold out pieces are available today.
